They are more visible outside the schools. It is almost the same in America but, they just sell hotdogs. In the Philippines , they sell variety of meatballs like (fish, squid, and pork). We call them fish ball, squid ball, and kikiam. Before it is served in a stick but, now they serve it a mini paper plate with wooden floss stick. You can choose a sauce you want sweet or spicy.
