Outside our campus there are a lot of retail stores. Some sell sliced fresh fruits like: papaya, singkamas (jicama), guava, and green mango. But what attracted me most is the food cart display box made of glass. You will see different kinds and shapes of peanuts, green peas, dried butong pakwan (watermelon seeds), and roasted squash seeds. It is sold per 100 gram.

that is what i missed realy bad, the food on the streets which my father claimed will give me hepatitis but i still bought while i was in manila anyway..
