My cousin lives in Texas but he didn’t own a house yet. Right now, he is on search for Dallas real estate agent but he doesn’t know who to hire. He is already married though it’s about time to have his own house. I also told him about the $8,000 for those who are first time home buyer. It’s extended this year though he is hoping he could it buy a house so that he can claim opportunity from the government.

I think that Austin real estate market is much more powerful than the Dallas one. Austin Realtor knows it better than me.
